This week we're featuring Cap Iversen,
author of the newly released
Arson!
Tell us about Arson!. What inspired you to
write it? How long did it take you to write
it?
Back in the late eighties, early nineties,
Alyson Publications, Inc. was a small gay
press in Boston
that published gay genre fiction –
mysteries, gothic, sci-fi, etc. It just made
sense to include a gay
western. The original concept was to produce
a series of Dakota books centering on a gay
gunfighter who couldn’t care less about
being gay…or anything else, really.
As the summer months approach,
we're keeping things hot here at Torquere Press.
Still to come in June, look for Between
Us Two by AKM Miles and Color Boxes
Fuchsia by Winnie Jerome and Burgundy by
Sarah Colter. And we'll have two more
Saturday Sips for you.
Moving on to July we've got Top Shelf
